SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it can be alarmed with regard to the substantial number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on here service the area daily. The services position produced for intervention activities a superior inflow sassa status of likely beneficiaries, that makes it challenging to the sassa status office to attend to all people who check out a service point.
